Marcus Aurelius had a simple exercise for clearing his head: look up. Watch the stars in their courses as if you were running along with them, he told himself, and keep thinking about how the elements change into one another. Such thoughts, he wrote, wash away the grime of life down here on the ground. In his very next note he looks down on human life from above: herds, armies, farms, weddings, births and deaths.

How we check reviews
- Before publishing a buyer’s review, we check the order number against our orders. That is what the “Verified buyer” badge means.
- We publish every genuine review, positive or critical. We only remove spam, insults and personal data.
- We don’t pay for reviews and don’t reward them with discounts. If someone received a product for free as a sample, it says so on their review.
- The rating is the average of all published reviews of this product. Newest reviews are shown first.
