Every item is printed on demand after you order it. To keep delivery fast, your order is produced by a print partner in your region (EU, United States, Canada or Australia).

• United States: €5.99

• Australia: €7.99

Free shipping on all orders over €50. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times (business days, incl. production)

• Germany: 2–4
• Other EU countries: 4–10
• United States: 3–7
• Canada: 4–8
• Australia: 5–10

These are typical times, not guaranteed dates. During peak periods (e.g. before Christmas) delivery may take longer. If items of one order are produced by different print partners, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Customs

Because orders are printed in the destination region, they normally do not cross a customs border. Should an order exceptionally be shipped from outside your country, import duties or taxes may apply under the laws of your country.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo – we will send a free replacement or refund you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
