About our reviews

After delivery, we email customers who agreed to hear from us and invite them to review what they bought. These reviews are linked to the order and labelled “Review collected via store invitation”.
Anyone can also write a review on a product page. These are labelled “Review collected from a store visitor” and only get the “Verified” badge once the reviewer confirms their email address and it matches an order in our shop.
We publish all reviews, positive and negative. We only hide fake reviews, spam, insults, private information or reviews that aren’t about the product.
Customers who add a photo of a product they bought from us get a €5 voucher, whatever their rating. These reviews are labelled “Review earned a reward for future purchase”.
We collect and display reviews with Judge.me. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Review a product you bought from us, add at least one photo of it, and we’ll email you a €5 voucher.
Every honest review counts – the voucher doesn’t depend on your rating.
For verified buyers only: please use the email address from your order.
The photo must be your own and show the product you bought.
One voucher per order. It’s for you only, can be used once within 90 days and can’t be exchanged for cash.
At checkout, €5 is converted into your currency. It can be combined with our free shipping and multi-item discounts.
